Roles and responsibility for
Asst Manager(operations), A leading system biology based drug discovery company, Bangalore :
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Improve the operational systems, processes ad policies to support better management reporting, information flow and management , business process and organisational planning
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support services ( HR, IT, Finance ) through improvement in each function as well co-ordination and communication between support and business function
- Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
- Oversee planning , systems and control.
- Process mapping and documentation.
- Conduct compliance audits of processes.
- Work with IT team to refine, set up processes.
Direct and coordinate compliance with all applicable standards such as ISO 9001, six sigma knowledge and understanding. - Review process non-conformance and recommend remedial actions.
- Modifications of processes where warranted.
Develop plans and other required process control procedures to insure processes work in progress.

Requirements for
Asst Manager(operations), A leading system biology based drug discovery company, Bangalore :
- Graduate with a MBA
- Having IT background
- Experience in the role – min 2-3 years
- Good Interpersonal Skills, Project Management understanding, Process Driven.
- Industry and Competitor Knowledge
