The Lab Director will be responsible for driving the Lab Research Operations on behalf of their company at the site of their Delivery Partner, in Bangalore.
The person must be dynamic with the ability to lead a small team of 5 to 10 individuals.
General skils preferred
1. Grant writing skills
2. Presentation skills
3. Some level of management skills preferred, even if candidate managed only a small group
Technical skills preferred, but not necessary
1. Cell culture techniques
2. Cancer research
3. Microarray and gene experession analysis
4. RNA techniques and RT-PCR
5. FACS
6. Immunohistochemistry
7. Molecular diagnostics
Requirements for

- Education -- PhD
- Must have post-doctoral experience or other work experience
- US or European lab experience preferred
- Good publications record
