Job Description:
1) To formulate Quality policies, Systems and Procedures and to ensure their Compliances including legal and customer expectations.
2) Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
3) Ensuring the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
4) Coordinates and prepares document packages for submission to regulatory agencies, inspections, license renewals, and registrations.
5) Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
6) Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
7) Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
8) Maintains product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing.
9) Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams.
10) To implement QBD (Quality by design) approaches into the system
Candidate Profile:
1) Ph.D.with 2-4 years or M.Tech/M.Sc with 7-9 Years of industrial experience.
2) Strong leadership skills with a desire to grow a strong technical team engaged in cutting edge science with emphasis on transparent accountability for team activities.
3) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
