Job Description
1. Customers: Manage 360 degree cycle from requirement to fulfillment of hiring needs.
2. Sourcing: Candidates - leveraging portals, networks (professional, social, referral).
3. Delivery: On time, on demand, delivery.
4. Candidate Management
Candidate Profile:
- An MSc in any Life Science/Pharma discipline with strong interpersonal skill and interest in recruitment.
- In recruitment, aptitude and attitude supercede experience. Anyone with 0 to 3 years of experience with high energy, patience and keenness to stay in touch with Life Sciences.
