1.Responsibility to support customer/ sales team queries for TaqMan assay details – 1 day response time for routine queries with gene IDs/ assay details/ REfseq IDs.
2. Responsible for conveying approved assay IDs/ custom assay sequences to CS team in required format
for order processing – 1 day TAT for orders that have been worked upon ( sequences ready) prior to
receipt of PO.
3. Responsible for Conveying approved unlabeled/ labeled - primer/ primer pair sequences to CS for
order processing. (1 day TAT for orders that have been worked upon ( sequences ready) prior to receipt
of PO).
4. If there is a Toll free number possible- responsible for telephonic and email support to customer
queries regarding the range of TaqMan products including assays/ TLDA / miRNa assays/ custom assays/
primer probe sequences.
5. Responsible for customer visits ( All India ) to sort out higher value queries for all orders described
above.
6. Coordination and follow up with FAS/ sales/ CS team on all queries.
7. Will handle replacement issues for all the above products.
